Terms of Service

By accessing or using the services provided by Syntify Ltd ("Company", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients who access or use our security consulting, infrastructure deployment, and web development services.

Syntify provides the following services:

• Security Consulting: Security audits, penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and security training
• Infrastructure Deployment: Cloud and on-premise infrastructure setup, network configuration, and system administration
• Web Development: Custom web applications and development services

Specific terms for each service engagement will be outlined in individual service agreements or statements of work.

You agree not to use our services:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, national, or local regulations
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or those of others
• To engage in any activity that could harm, disable, or impair our services
• For any purpose that is fraudulent or deceptive

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syntify Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
